• Withdrawal processing time is typically 1–3 business days

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit
• A required turnover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is not permitted
• Bonuses are only valid for the specific games designated under that promotion

General Bonus Policy

• hot30 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse
• hot30 may modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements have been met

6Gaming Rules & Fairness

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void

9Account Closure & Suspension

• In cases of prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)

You can also request account closure at any time through support. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

10Limits of Liability

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Failure of third-party software or services
